Our products are made using a combination of 3d Modeling and 3D printing using resin. The resins we choose are selected for toughness and durability over cost, with an emphasis on high-quality prints that will last through normal wear and tear.
As per build times and stock, pre-designed products are not typically kept in high numbers, and most are printed per order. THic causes us to adhere to an unfront quote of 1 - 2 weeks, unless we have stock available.

While it is true that the resin 3D printing can come with its share of issues, from support causing ‘witness scars’, or over-curing of resins, these can be fairly standard with printing. Our designs and prints are designed to minimize these defects and when they do show, limit them to non-showing faces, and give you a near-perfect print that is usable and long lasting. Should your print not be up to standards, or you wish to confirm the quality before shipping, let us know and we can work with you.

We use primarily USPS for our shipping, using flat rate boxes, priority shipping, and ground shipping for our products. If you have questions or concerns, contact us and we can arrange the shipping method you require.
For international customers we can use USPS international shipping.
Ship time between our products can vary, with our orders typically arriving in 1 to 2 weeks, dependent on the carrier.

We currently use Squarespace payments and Square for our online transactions.

Yes. Our products contain a variety of options should there be an issue with your order.
For pre-designed pieces:
You can reach out within 48 hours from purchase for a 100% refund or an exchange for a different product with the differential returned or charged.
Reaching out past the 48 hour mark means you ‘the buyer’ agreed to the purchase and work/shipping has been started. Contact us for a refund or exchange, and we can discuss options. This cannot exceed 50% of the total price.
Upon receiving the product (as shown by carrier), the customer has 72 hours to verify the quantity and correctness of the order and inform us of the issue. Exceptions can be made; however it is expected that best effort is made to report issues when able. In cases such as these where the claim is verified and approved, exchange, credit, or replacement is an option.
Your print has a 30 day standard warranty for physical wear and tear/ physical damage. Should you discover your prints showing signs of damage not in line with standard use, reach out and we can discuss your options.
For custom prints:
All of the above applies, treating it the same as a pre-designed piece.
Additionally, due to the nature of the consultations used to design the pieces, and the regular emails sent to confirm the work the customer can, during the work, request a refund or credit. Reasons for this can range from unnecessary delays, mutially confirmed designed not being followed, or more. Reach out and we can discuss your options!

We feel as if your data and designs are your own, and do not keep or use your data in any way that is not allowed by you.
In the case of photos or files, we will dispose of them in a way that is not outwardly viewable and preserves your privacy.
Additionally, you own all rights to aspects of the designs that you provide before consultation work. We do not use your designs or products we made from your design for promotional pieces without your approval.

We at Waggoneer Industries work within the united states and as such are bound to local and federal trade, copyright, trademark, and criminal laws. We do not approve or work with any images or designs that will violate these laws or rights or will cause risk to our company.
Prohibited content currently restricted are:
explicit sexual material or sexually suggestive themes.
depictions/glorifications of violence, abuse, or harm toward individuals or groups
Anything that Violates copyright laws, including unauthorized use of protected intellectual property, trademarks, or likenesses
While we do appreciate freedom of speech, which is the american way, we also must cover our backs and respect our fellow humans. If your images will, or would, cause harm, we reserve the right to take actions to deny a job.
If you feel that your image is not in violation of the above categories, reach out and we can discuss our reasoning and what is needed to accept your request.
