Additional Facts:

  • Custom jobs extend the work time, and require work with the customer to confirm the work at each step of the design before a product is shipped. Designs and concepts submitted must fall within our guidelines, or the order will be denied and your payment refunded. Please check out our FAQ for more info.

  • Pieces have been tested and designed for rigidity, as such their fit might be at moments tight. This is intentional to keep the piece solid during movement if that is wished. This stiffness goes away with use.

  • stacking the pieces without proper support can cause damage to the pieces due to flexing at the brackets.

  • pieces can be painted, however priming, painting, and using a top coat is recommended, with the fit being tested before finishing the pieces.
